How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days, and The Courier Guy usually delivers 2–4 working days after that, depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships.
Can I change my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, probably. WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best.
Sizing
What size should I choose?
Our fits run true to size unless the product says otherwise — oversized styles are cut generously on purpose. Check the Size Guide for measurements, and if you're between sizes, size up.
Returns
How do returns work?
Wrong size? No drama. Contact us, we'll send you the steps, you send it back, sorted. Items must be unworn with tags on. Full details on the Returns page.
Payment
How do I pay?
Card, instant EFT and everything else Payfast supports — right on the checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not yet — South Africa only for now. Watch this space.
