Kinda on its way.
We get it to you. You make it look good.
Dispatch
We pack and hand over orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed over a weekend or a public holiday go out the next working day.
Delivery
The Courier Guy delivers door-to-door across South Africa, usually 2–4 working days after dispatch. Outlying areas can take a little longer. Someone needs to be there to sign for the parcel.
Shipping cost
Your delivery cost is calculated at checkout from your address and what's in your cart, so you see the exact amount before you pay. No surprises after the fact.
Awaiting your copy: whether Effens offers free delivery above a certain cart value — and if so, the amount, and whether it's worked out before or after discounts. Nothing about free delivery is shown anywhere on the site until you confirm this.
Tracking
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking reference. You can also see it under your orders.
